We’re excited to welcome back our Beulah Acres Market, which serves as a great place to pick up homemade gifts, goods, food and more items! 

Beulah Acres has a passion for supporting local artisans and showcasing the creativity and talent within our community. We offer solely home-grown and handmade goods, no direct sales companies will be accepted as vendors at our markets. We encourage those vendors to consider other events as a good spot to sell those products.

Vendor registration is open now. Booth price will be $20 for an 8’x8′ booth with an 8-foot table and 2 chairs. An additional 6′ table may be added to the booth for $5. These additional tables are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis. Also a booth with electricity has limited spaces available.

The Beulah Acres Market will be located in Solomon’s Porch located On the Global Spheres Center grounds next to the beautiful prayer garden.

Vendor Booth Donation is $20 for this event.

Electrical Outlet Needed?*
There is limited electrical service available and the electrical outlet is available on a first come first serve basis. Please bring your own extension cords and power bars.

Vendor Agreement

• Vendors are accepted on a first come first served basis.

• Vendors are to remain in their booths during market hours.

• Vendors need to cover their table.

• Vendors manning a booth must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult.

• It is solely the vendors’ responsibility to report state and local sales taxes.

• Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of trash inside and around their booth.

• Deadline for vendor application is November 6th, 2024.

• Booth placement is at the sole discretion of the event coordinators.

• All vendors must adhere to the move-in and move-out instructions and hours unless otherwise pre-arranged with event coordinators.

• Event Coordinators reserve the right to stop or remove from the Show any vendor or vendor representative, performing any act or practice, which in the opinion of the Event Coordinators is objectionable or detracts from the purpose/objective of the Show.

• Property brought onto the premises by any vendor is at the vendor’s sole risk and shall be removed from the premises during designated move-out times only.

• Vendor retains liability and assumes all risks of loss and/or damages on site or in connection with transportation, display, storage and sale of merchandise at Beulah Market.

Agreement of Liability Waiver

I hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to hold harmless for any, and all purposes Global Spheres Center from any, and all liabilities, claims, demands, personal injury including death, or property damage that may be sustained by me while participating in Beulah Market Days including injuries or damages sustained, as a result of the negligence of employees or volunteers of Global Spheres Center.

Contract Agreement

I have read the general information regarding Beulah Market Days. I have agreed to the conditions and terms of this contract. I understand payment must be received with a completed agreement by November 6, 2024. If payment is not received by November 6, 2024 my space will be released.

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the Rules and Regulations and agree to all the terms and conditions as they are written.
